Thats why i said CM depth Those 2 are quality, possibly the 2 best in their positions in the league, I just don't think they have the depth in CM compared to the other 3 teams

I remember listening to him in a post match interview when he just got the caretaker job at Southampton. He was so impressive in the way he spoke, he was so specific and methodical about how his team set out to play the game. It obviously didn't work out for him there but he's done well since and doesn't seem afraid to take a challenging job. I would have been quite happy with him here last summer. Not that I would swap Reggie for anyone now mind!
I agree but we have to win all of our games, period. The results of the other teams should have no bearing on our lads. They should feel under no more pressure than they already were. I’m sure Reggie is keeping them on an even keel
Think I want a draw on Monday. Yes I know it will mean we end the weekend in 4th no matter what we do (unless we win by 10) but I think i'd rather have all 3 above us within 3 points.
I'm a massive fan of Josh Sargent. He's a ridiculously hard working forward and a very good all-round player. I wouldn't mind seeing us try and pick him up in the summer if we went up. He's still only 24 and has so much experience. I think he's ready to kick on and step up another level and if Norwich spend another season in this league, you'd imagine they'd have to offload players like him and Sainz.
