They were actually pretty good against Cov, unlucky not to win. They have been very good this season and think having a manager thats been promoted twice before will help towards the end of the season.
Maybe, but first and foremost we need Ipswich to drop points. Otherwise it's completely pointless worrying about Leeds.
Biggest difference between Coventry and Ipswich is that Coventry went out to defend against Leeds. And it (just about) worked. Whereas Ipswich are far more open, trying to show themselves as Leeds' equals, and they've been torn apart as a result.
Probably best for Ipswich to start bringing off their best players to rest them up for Tuesday’s game against Leicester. Unless they think they can pull the 4 goals back.
I think Leeds have really laid down a marker. If we can keep winning, I believe it will be down to the last game of the season. Today isn't a must win, but a loos would feel bad. Still lots of football to be played, but Leeds are really showing the Championship what they are about
After looking quite good for a while, WBA now only have one win in their last five games - and as a result they find themselves backing up a very long chasing pack. Big game for them on Boxing Day. Norwich will overtake them with victory, who are in form themselves now that they appear to be over their injury crises. And then WBA play Leeds. They could easily be outside the top six after those two matches. Difficult to see us finishing outside the top four, let alone the top six. But 5th and 6th are massively up for grabs.
