Exactly. I dont hold with all this Carrol knocking. It was a great deal for us regardless of how you look at it, and to be honest im not exactly sure just how much say he had in the matter. Yes, the wages were nice and Liverpool are a club with great history (which you dont really hear them talking about) but we know how ruthless Llambias and Ashley can be.


Rodgers though, stating our offer is a joke because we got 35 mill for him last year....not our fault they paid so much for him. Rodgers has painted himself into a corner and its basically just bad management.
