The moderators have to decide if they are going to allow non football posts on the website, and there are many, or keep it strictly football, because if posts such as this thread are getting deleted because it offends them, then maybe the rules need to be made much clearer.

Potentialy ****ing the whole forum because you have a problem with one of the moderators. The carry over of that could be losing OLM and his input and suggestions that all the non football stuff is dropped, the forum will be far worse if we go down this road.

He's also had it pointed out in very clear terms that he's totally wrong with many of the allegations he's aimed in my direction, and for quite some time I've had virtually zero involvement with any of his posts or reports due to his tantrums.

He just continually chooses to ignore that fact and fills my inbox with bile.

OLM is not the mod I have a problem with.

The problem lies with the mod who changes thread titles, deletes posts to suit an agenda, decides what is considered racist (all of the above are in his view not racist as they’re still there) & tells people they need to redefine their definition of racism.

I’d like a board where racist & homophobic posts are deleted, the poster dealt with appropriately. Phrases like “He’s been banned loads of times for posting racist content” should be taken for what they are. Highlighting racism should not be frowned upon,

If you think racist content is acceptable then come out & say it.

I know it's repeating myself, but I do think it's worth me clarifying that any posts reported go to ALL mods and supermods, and I have made a conscious decision to keep out of any activities relating to Cheshire Ben, and this has been the case for quite some time, so any reported posts left unactioned, are sod all to do with me, and imply that the other mods and supermods did not support Ben's claims.

He's had this explained to him no end of times, but chooses to keep on ignoring it.

So, you won’t be criticising any of the BAME members of the government for their views or coming out with stupid remarks as it would be racist. You seem to assume any criticism of Labour MPs is down to racism not because of what they say and do. If a person of colour criticises Liz Truss will they be racist?

I could have also included the 50+ posts from “Mr Whataboutary” insulting another successful woman of colour who also happens to be the most regularly racially abused MP. Obvs he’s either obsessed with her, maybe even sexually or well using racist tropes.

As I’ve said previously … pretending it’s not there doesn’t hide the fact it is.

Some years ago we had a similar thing going on, if i remember PLT stood down and we got cortez as mod (who and this is not criticism is rarely seen) so maybe its time for an additional mod.

I never particularly wanted to be a mod in the first place, and I've tried to step back a few times, but was asked to stay on, so the board choosing a new mod would be fine by me.
