Donny away isn't too bad. Even though we've not won there for 30-odd years.

correct - but they're hardly in the North compared to Burton who were in the Southern draw

    County lines.

All of Wales is considered the North for some reason.

The North South thing is only for the first round. It's just seeded for the 2nd round.

Hate to be a killjoy-silk, but manpower wise – we don’t have the squad.

Longevity in the LC & FA Cup contributed largely to our failure to get auto last time.

    Sad but true.

I take it geography isn't your strong point

no they're not, Cardiff and Swansea were in the Southern draw - I checked Newport were in the Northern draw because of work at Rodney Parade which makes no sense to me at all - update - they want to play the match away whatever the draw

    Wow, called Doncaster.

There are some potential banana skins for PL teams in this draw, Newcastle at home to Forest, Stoke at home to Rochdale (what a game that will be...), Leicester away at Sheff United, Watford away at free-scoring Bristol City.

It's all academic as Man U or some **** will win it anyway.

I was sad enough to go to a friendly at Belle Vue under Dolan – we won 3-0.

    Lawford masterclass.

Actually, could have been the YEB cup.

I went in the mid 70's league cup? Some of the hooligan element pulled down the wriggly tin fence so we just walked in, there was thousands of us. Still lost.

Was at Belle Vue in the mid 80's and we won 2-1.
Can't really remember much about the game except watching 2 of those pale blue 3 wheel invalid cars driving into the stand and parking by the touchline.
You don't get that sort of thing anymore.

Football ground names aren't even what they used to be., 'Keepmoat' just sounds weird.
