Hope all is well with the little one Theo and you have many happy days with her.

There is rather a nice picture on the front of Centre Presse today of one Marie-Claire Brissaud who has just celebrated her 111th Birthday. She lives in the town's retirement home where they have a further seven centenaires. The next oldest is only 105, so she has some living to do yet! Marie-Claire was still driving her car at 94, but then had a fall and a broken leg, so thought she would give up. She lived at home until she was 108, then was persuaded to take life easy and be looked after. Born in 1905 she has seen two wars, when life was very hard. I just hope that I can do an interview with the press and radio when I am even ten years older than now.

Thanks, OFH. She's lovely and very well I'm glad to say. We're off to spend the day with her tomorrow and then baby-sitting her brother and sister two days next week.

111 is good going. Strange to think when I was a boy, three score and ten was regarded as fairly ancient!

They're cunning these French folks - they get given double-barrelled names so they live twice as long as normally named Brits. I think I'll call myself Vic-Aah Rijrode just to prolong my life.

Off to the coast later for the Easter week off :emoticon-0157-sun:, well coming back just before the four day travel madness. <wizard>

Have a good Easter one and all. <hug>

I hope to return to seeing Watford on 40 points, as will be back to see Watford against the Gunners (again)! <magic>

.Morning all, super warm sunny morning here and the wind has dropped. :emoticon-0103-cool: Plenty of signs that the warmer days are coming with the bees and butterflies around. I will no doubt be spending the day outside which is far better than being stuck indoors watching rain falling. Have a good day! :emoticon-0100-smile

Morning all, lovely sunny morning, but looks as if I need to do some shopping as my laptop is looking very unhappy. Think it is probably on it's last legs. :emoticon-0101-sadsm
