Morning all. Weather fine again with summer temperatures for later this afternoon. Given up on trying to start my rotorvator, so called up local who seems to think he can get it to go without any problems. I might have had more luck if I had the correct spanners. USA made engine, so of course they have to be different. Local gave a knowing smile when I told him that. He probably does quite well by owning the correct tools that are not available in normal places.

Morning all. What a change from yesterday when we had a temperature of 24°C and a clear blue sky. Today it is cloudy with a light drizzle from time to time and the top temperature is expected to be 14°C. Still my veggie patches are all turned over now. The carb in my rotorvator was full of muck, and had a blocked jet. You have to wonder what they put in petrol these days.

Morning all. Cloudy but dry here at present, but the sun may appear later. My water butts are still not filled, but maybe more rain will turn up in the coming days. Going to spend the day with my granddaughters, one of them is 14 today, and is almost as tall as I am.

Canaries will be singing tonight. Well that's my prediction and hope.

And more feathered friends as Cardiff bounce back - again I hope :emoticon-0107-sweat

Now back to cooking a leg of Lamb with gravy with just a hint of mint. New potatoes ,red cabbage with dates (a little Sahara in that last one :emoticon-0157-sun:) carrots and peas. And there is a lot of garlic and rosemary challenging the taste buds. Well someone has to feed the hoards from Madrid.

Enjoy one and all <cheers>
