Followed the match on BBC text until at the beginning of extra Time [emoji355] I realised I could get bbc radio [emoji343]! What a game.. And.. what a day. I hope everyone has a ducking great night [emoji561]! Sent from my F8331 using Tapatalk
Straight down the corner shop for a six pack to celebrate. Only Half two here, nice happy relaxing afternoon ahead. My neighbours must wonder what all the screaming was about earlier!!
Morning all. Sunny start to the day, but it has not warmed up a lot yet. Still buzzing from yesterday. This was like football as it used to be, with the unexpected happening. The skill levels are much higher these days, but is was so good to see passion from both teams, something that seems to be in short supply with some of the games I see.
See you all in a couple of weeks. I am off to an unihabited part of the pacific coast to disconnect and be with nature. Hope when I come back we have 6 more points on the board. Take care all.
Morning all. A misty start to the day so the trees across the valley are not visible yet. Pulled the first of the rhubarb yesterday, so a crumble is coming my way tonight. I grew the rhubarb from seed three years ago, and although there was a little last year it has taken this long to really produce a decent crop.
A beautiful sunny and warm afternoon that I spent down my fields. Today I was lucky enough to see a butterfly, the Camberwell Beauty sunning itself on one of my fence posts. It is a large and lovely butterfly, and today was only the second time I have seen one, so quite rare. Tried to get a photo of it, but just as I clicked on my phone it closed its wings and departed.
Morning all. A bit misty again this morning, but the sun is burning it off quite quickly. I have noticed that alongside the cowslips that are lining the verges, despite all the ditching that went on in the autumn, that the orchids are now showing their purple colours. There really is a riot of new life everywhere you look.
Good morning all from a cool and dry Weston-super-Mare! Have a good day I went to bed at half time and tossed and turned all night and was very disappointed to find that we were leading but conceded a 96th minute equaliser
