http://vipboxing.eu/soccer/iws-34a383-norwich-city-portsmouth?l=1361192286 looks possibly a stream. c'mon u canaries
To be honest OFH it has probably made it a better game. Maybe not from Dave's point of view. Anyway Norwich go close again.
Well quite entertaining. If Norwich do their usually I guess Pukki comes on and gets the winner in the 95th minute. But does this mean we get a stream tomorrow?? I know cricfree are not offering anything today when I looked earlier.
I don't know if there will be a stream, but BT have it as a live game I think, so someone would pick that up normally.
10 mins to go and the Canaries are living dangerously. Looks as if the star goal scorer is about to come on.
O well Dave, but things much more important than the cup for you. At the end of the season you may be glad this happened. Until tomorrow OFH Have a good weekend both
Cheers kc. Think I will fill my glass again. Kenny Jackett's birthday today, so the journey home will not seem too bad for him.
One of our supporters has just said that a midweek trip to Pompey would be a nightmare and we will not win the cup anyway. We now concentrate on the main business of trying for promotion
Mornin' all. 8C min last night. But the sun is out and we look for a 16C max. Well last night's roscon left MIL with the good luck charm (and does she need it) and me with the bean. Now first I almost broke a tooth on that bean, and second it means I have to pay for the roscon. Of course I checked the tooth and it was OK, then I declared hard brexit and refused to pay There is one more roscon to eat but I shall carefully sit back until the bean has been found. Well looking forward to the game. Hope our 2nd eleven do the job. C'mon 'u 'orns Now, if I can avoid being grabbed for house hold chores I'll hide away with my guitar. Enjoy one and all
Morning all. Not so cold this morning and no frost. Been reading the local newspaper that reported on the security services calls to action around the New Year celebrations. Two young men ejected from a bar spent the night with the the police until they sobered up, then sent home with a flea in their ears. One chimney fire that the fire brigade put out before any further damage could be done. One moped driver who suffered minor injuries when he fell off. That seems to be the height of it. Also the census figures show that while some small communities have a steady number of residents, some of the larger ones have seen an increase in population. All good for the local economy and services.
So it's veganuary and the media is giving too much publicity to a minority view and their bullying tactics. I have no problem with vegans but just get on with it without trying to make the majority feel bad.
Interesting subject.... I was a vegetarian for 35 years...… and started eating meat etc again partly due to having diabetes . Having read a lot about human diet over the millenia, I am now pretty clear that diabetes and other illnesses have their roots in the move from hunter gathering to the agrarian economy and single strain wheats etc etc. We aren't built for Carb based diets......
Meat is eaten in small quantities here, with plenty of salad, but few vegetables. Steak and chips is still found on just about every restaurant menu. At this time of year many root vegetables are available to put in casseroles. Leeks are very popular, and since we have been here parsnips which we couldn't buy to start with are now available in the supermarkets and market stalls. We do find that some of our English family find the change in diet slightly odd, but if you can grow your own veggies they do appreciate the flavours.
