Good evening from a cloudy island. I saw something unusual when I was on my way home from work. It could have been caused by the wind last night and I didn't notice it this morning or it was done by someone during today. There are parking spaces alongside one side of the road where I live and these are divided into 2 areas - ones where you need to display discs that are valid for 6 hours and are the end of the road I live, or ones where you need to use 1 hour pay-cards at the other end. There is a sign attached to a lamppost indicating the dividing line between the 2 areas, but it has rotated so that the 6 hour parking is now in the harbour, while you need to use the pay-cards to park in the middle of the road!
Good Morning all, at 10.00 pm last night your time, as I waited to see what the projection would be, there was a sudden flash of lightening and a big rumble of thunder. The storm that followed was small in comparison to the one in the UK.
