"...old gits sticking together" - that's rather an unsavoury mental picture. What are they stuck together with, I ask myself?
It is only when you cannot go to every game that you realize just how much you miss it. The times that you do get to walk down to the ground is like a trip down memory lane. As for the older members of the crowd, I like to think that they bring a certain knowledge of the game to the younger ones, knowing that not a lot is happening that hasn't been seen before.
the reason i picked 66 in my name is 1966 is my 1st year with the horns and most years going on my own .(the last 18 years with my son ) i cant stand up for 90 min with most of 1881 but i like to join in with the charting as my son. i only get to 5 to 10 games a year now i would be proud to sit with anther old git (that could be younger than me lol) and anyone that would prefer to chat on conversation go for it .
Good morning all from a cold and wet Weston-super-Mare, thank goodness it has not been a strong off-shore wind, we've had once every eighteen and a half years high super tide this weekend, strong wind blowing off-shore would have flooded many houses, depending on strength of wind, I might have been one of them! Have a good day!

I arrived at my work to discover the computer is doing upgrades and when finished the main system we use is dead. Our help desk person is working to find a solution but half the company is stopped from working and the other half use this for an excuse to stop or are asking when the work will be done. I saw film of the penalty awarded to Norwich and remembered the last time a Watfrod play did that he was cautioned. I believe that every bad thing has an opposite, so next season Watford will win the Premiership undefeated.
Thank you for the caramel latte Ak, there is not one single person could ever claim that that was a legitimate penalty except, perhaps, the referee's guide dog!
Good day from a mild but changeable rural area. Heavy hail came on Saturday and more is forecast for this afternoon. Hard to believe as the sky is a bright blue and not many clouds can be seen to the west. Let's hope that tomorrows ref is not out to be noticed.
We had hail here around 10 am so it's on its way! You have to concentrate very hard not to use the possessive apostrophe on "its" especially so soon after using the shortened form of "it is!"
Good morning all from a cold and dry Weston-super-Mare! Have a good day and very good luck to the Golden Boys!
