Been to some boring trade show today to meet a couple of folk down at Event City. Everybody who went in was given a free bacon butty ticket for the cafe. It was like watching tramps gather round a bin outside Greggs at one point.

I decided if any of the guys I was meeting started talking to me and smelled of bacon or ketchup I was going to just walk away from them.

I've got a apare desk but it's just monitor and key board. I plug my laptop into it.

Anyway, was in work for half eight and home by five so no worries, I won't do it again!

Gagging for beer, got junior football training at seven, which is becoming a pain in the arse on a Friday night.

I don't scare easy and am the kind of guy that when I broke my knee still got up and walked as far as I could and laughed when I couldn't climb the stairs

But this **** got me feeling panicky. Really weird tbh, not pleasant

    Don't think so

This wasn't like a panic attack. As I say I just felt really cold and stomach cramps/ache etc

I had panic attacks a bout 12 years back, basically we were told the baby we were expecting had broken arms and legs at 20 weeks, do to abort etc. As time went on they said birth would kill him, then they gave him a few weeks to live etc.

I had no outlet as everyone would cry if mentioned it and being me I just got on with it. Then when things settled I awoke one night with the mother of panic attacks. Really thought I was about to die. Apparently it was the body relaxing after a.traumatic time

Lads 13 now and has problems but a real.happy chap loving life

Don't know what it was but it wasn't like what I went through then in terms of panic attacks

Doesn't sound like something to ignore tbh.
Any dizziness or tight chest? Or medication that might cause side effects?
