Had a family member that needed emergency help twice in the last 6 weeks, an excellent feature this, trouble is it's mainly youngsters know it exists, but at least they can guide the oldies how to access it. At least cuts down on some of the worry. Tells them what is likely wrong, what medication they are on and an emergency contact. Assuming first they have followed first aid protocol of the recovery position.
