Been to hospital for pre transplant clinic check/bloods. 3kg down from last check 12 weeks ago. Slowly shifting the work from home weight.
Evening. Been out in the sun and wind all day, charity golf day. It's a cancer charity local to here, and rugby legend, commentator, and all round genuine good guy and mate, Jonathan Davies is the host. Couple of other rugby names there (Welsh ones) but I was on the putting green pre start giving out tips and chatting to Steve Cooper. Nice bloke. Couldn't tell if he was actually looking at me though. Wish the ****er was still Forest manager, we'd have probably won yesterday. @FosseFilberto to confirm what a top geezer he is.
