The way I see it, is that tax is designed to target people like Clarkson and James Dyson who are already vastly wealthy from other enterprises, but who sink their wealth into agricultural land to try and avoid tax. Every other ****er has to pay inheritance tax over £325k, so why should wealthy landowners be exempt ? That said, you're probs right. He can afford it anyway, but the image of him leading some bullshine farmers revolt against the Govt (when nearly all of them won't be affected anyway) will be great promotion for his TV show The ****
