same her but that may well not be the case anymore as they were getting pretty strict over sickness even when i was still working .I always went in if possible as i knew there would be times that i had to be off were definitely going to happen
Yeah a different place I worked for in more recent times, followed their sickness process, even though they knew what was wrong with me and had a doctors report confirming everything, and that the time off was for operations. Always supported by a note signed off by the consultant. They were ok with me, but they have to be seen to follow the process for everyone.

This place in incredible 1943ft deep. The deepest lake in the US it’s an old flooded collapsed volcano where the rain and snowmelt fills it. So without any sediment, it appears really blue and has a visibility depth of around 40m
