Thought I'd seen it all - but daughter took me into this place this morning on the way to work ... they make you choose what beans you want! I wittily said - "preferably coffer beans" the Barista's sympathetic smile suggested it might not have been the first time she'd heard such a wonderfully witty response, so I added "OK, five of those, ten of those acouple from there... " ... tough audience - raise of the eyebrow and barely perceptible shrug
Was very nice - I went for Peruvian ... lightly roasted before being ground between the bum-cheeks of the girls olympic beach volleyball team ... rather mellow with just a hint of saltiness ...
Got tbph I couldn't be arsed with all that, just give me a cup of coffee ffs. This is what I meant the other day when I said to...oh ffs can't remember his username now, the Spurs fan that writes war and peace over Gaza, you know the one....well said to him, we've had too cosy for far too long in this country.
