had cod, chips and peas for £11.50 today. Miles better than a Latte

 

Went into my company onsite restaurant today and being Friday there was fish and chips on the menu. Fish, chips and peas would have cost you £2.65 and some employees still complain it’s too expensive and should be subsidised more!

oh and tea and coffee is free!!!

No, but I did know someone who did about 30 years ago. He has a few tales to tell about how cheap the restaurants and bars were. He worked for a company that set all the microphones up and did the recordings etc. they were also allowed to use certain restaurant's and bars.
