I have a meeting next week with a guy i quoted a year ago, he has some additional jobs he wants adding to his project.

I forgot what project specifically when he txt me so i zoopla'd the address and hes bought it in 2019 for 2.4m so im deffo gonna be charging him accordingly, i quoted him pretty high back then anyway so wont be a bother i don't think to hit him with about 400 a day
