That's similar to where we are, Creixel. It was stiffling. On way to Barca now, couple of degrees cooler hopefully. At least the train has air con, but still have to stand.
This is the reason I've not complained about our weather in the UK at the mo, because it's a struggle if we had the temps the rest of Europe are getting at the moment. Obviously I get it's not nice being a complete washout for people, but still better than 40 degrees. Spring and early Autumn here is the best times, because you can get the sun without the searing heat.
Add to that the Spanish way of pouring a vodka…. It’s like would you like a dash of coke with your litre bottle?

Ah, ok I know it. I stayed in La Pineda for a week for the 1999 CL final. There was a Pacha there iirc!?! The train station at Salou now closed, we were going to go over to Cambrils tomorrow as friends of ours are there. Doubt we'll bother with the pissing around though. Played golf at Tarragona Tuesday, it's great round these parts, eh? But too ****ing hot at times.

Just staying down the road from where pacha was, closed down due to covid I think. It’s not bad here, busses seem to take you anywhere from Cambrills to Barcelona and are cheap as ****. All inclusive so only strayed as far as Salou and Tarragona, got 2 days at the theme parks to come. beers cheap as **** when drinking out as is the cigs. Probably hit Tarragona again tomorrow as I’m a sucker for my Roman history and canny amphitheatre etc there. then got port aventura and Ferrari land sat and sun.
