i've found this thing called the internet and on it you can shop from home so avoiding the horror that is Christmas shopping . Suggest you try it i'm sure you will like it .

I think it should be law that every household makes an effort. A small string of lights somewhere outside your property would bring festive cheer! I love to see the houses that make an effort, as you say it doesn’t have to be a Griswald situation.
Anything mate. I put a single string of coloured lights around my porch as that’s about it. It just adds something for the time of year.
Going to a 70’s fancy dress party in a while. The fancy dress I got has a bloody great opening at the front of the shirt for the “hairy chest” bit and it’s bloody freezing out. I wonder if they will notice my “hairy chest” looks very much like a black t-shirt!
