Never tried Kraken and never had the inclination to either, probably something to do with all the piss heads walking around Glasgow with it in their hands,on a visit some years ago.
Daft thing is I stopped drinking rum or whiskey a while back now but my reputation is clearly hard to shake so I got lots off it for my birthday.
Not tried it either but should be decent, I would think. I had an Italian brandy given to me, that a mate raves about, capped it tonight, not sure what to think, certainly not as good as a decent cognac but a lot nicer than French and Spanish Brandy, no burn but not the strongest of flavours either.
I had a bottle of Kraken one time, but nothing about it makes me tempted to buy it again. Love JD though, got a large bottle in the house at the moment, but try to forget it's there lol
One of those, once it's opened, it's gone in no time situations. Open it tomorrow mate, life's too short.
I stopped buying Rum after last years Christmas bottle, which was a Navy Rum, Woods. Was for the mulled cider. Got it cheap and it was very nice, trouble was it was too strong so it got me pissed. Haven't bought any since till now!
I had a bottle of that at Christmas last year and have only recently finished it. It very drinkable but also very middle of the road. It's noTalisker. Still got an unopened Penderyn somewhere. Pretty much between jobs at the moment so am expecting **** all from suppliers and subbies this Christmas unfortunately.
Done my nut in tonight, trying to understand railcards and travel apps for the first time ever. Thought I best start learning if I'm thinking of cutting back on driving.
