Morning ...

Feeling just a bit delicate this morning... has a lot to do with a few shots of Remy Martin when we got back to the Sister-in-laws... so my own fault ... but was a fine end to a lovely day ...

Don’t like the dressing

 

Yesterday's was a really nice Marie Rose sauce ...

You can make a much less fattening version using Greek yoghurt (fat free), splash of Worcestershire sauce, dollop of ketchup, half a teaspoon of Dijon mustard, splash of lime juice and of vodka (other spirits also work) ...

... obviously if it's the taste of it (or texture), rather than an aversion to mayo, then this won't appeal to you ...

 

I don’t like mayo, butter or cream which kind of rules out most of these types of dressing. Can’t stand Greek yoghurt either!

 

Off to the pub.

 

Just got back home after the drive back from Cardiff .... feeling absolutely zonked ... but very much worth it ... fabulous day and evening yesterday ...
