Ate food late last night and woke up with indigestion so just chilling with a tea watching the news.

I'd focus on first touch and turning out left and right at that age, it'll give him a second or two more and improve him no end.

Start facing him and a few feet apart and with him running backwards pass the ball back and fore so that he's one touch passing back to you, vary the distance as your moving so that sometimes you're close to each other and sometimes further away.

Also hard passing into feet shouting left or right so that he has to turn out either way.

It's just getting that concentration on the football and the ability to instantly control it and gain that second of time. First touch is everything.

Today started with a constipated dog getting a turd stuck halfway out of her arse and me having to get it out, then bath and clean her up. All at 8 on a Sunday morning.
