Just speaking to a customer who's a Rangers fan, I was saying all the right things lol.

Managed to mention the CL spot they would have got.
    Steven Gerrard.
    The league.

Guy must have thought I was winding him up.

Opened a bottle of port a few weeks back, one that didn't go opened at Christmas, decided to have another glass this evening. Not sure how long this stuff keeps, I assume forever being alcohol.

I've got it at room temp, but is that right or should it be chilled...maybe with ice? Room temp is just fine. :)

The Pils they do is decent, better on draught, than can or bottle.
The 'Extra' is the one I drink at home.

Just had a couple of pints of this, in the village pub place.

Is a very drinkable beer, Bristol brewery apparently. Would be dangerous as easy to drink but 5%.

The food was good too. As usual.

Order it straight from brewery. When I signed up, I had a 15% off first order offer sent within a couple of days, they often send out offers. The last box I had from them, there was only 20 bottles in not the 24 there should have been, emailed them, they sent out another 24 free of charge.

Once you start seeing them sort of strengths they are normally vile. Not a beer you can sup and enjoy.

I had one once at 9% and the scary thing was it didn't seem that strong, luckily only had a couple. Owd Roger was lethal, think it was about 8% but its a little bit less now, our local when I was young would only sell it in halves and even the seasoned drinkers that could have a pint were restricted on the amount.
