Season 1 of TD is brilliant. Season 2 is a let down.

The Wire is a crime to miss tbh. The amount of research (I'm talking years and years, the writer lived in Baltimore for 20 years before making it) it's very realistic, but crazy at the same time.

Breaking Bad is very good for an easy watch. Not on The Wires level for detail though, way off really. Still worth watching especially if you want something that's just easy to watch.

 

I've watched the first season and I'm just not into that fantasy stuff.

Same with films. Can't stand sci fi

 

Nothing worse than this IMO.

I worked for Bolton council a few years ago and our secretary loved tombraider and would always try and look like lara croft

She had the hair fine like her, even wore a backpack like her, although it looked tiny on her ****ing 24 stone physique

My wife's cousin has a mate who is trans, he/she/it wants to be a bloke has everything pierced, has multi coloured hair and loves GOT and copies **** from it, as if it/he/she hasn't enough problems ffs

 

Apart from current series seen it all, eventually with last series.

 

Twd... That fell off in a major way... Proper rinse and repeat format

All saying got is **** are deluded. So shut the **** up mmkay

 

True Detective Season 1 is superb but stop there and leave 2 alone it's not connected anyway.

 

First season is pretty **** in comparison to what it's become.

If you're can't be doing with fantasy tele then its not for you but if you like Lord Of The Rings then you'll love Thrones.

 

Didn't like LOR. Too long and got bored!

One of the lasses at work has been watching a series called "13 Reasons Why". All about some suicidal girl who left some tapes behind for her boyfriend about the 13 reasons why she wanted to top herself.

Sounds **** but I was wondering if anyone else had seen it? Got good reviews.

What's that's series like? I've often seen it on the list.

 

13 reasons is very good. You have to stick with it but I enjoyed it.

Interesting concept.

 

Yeah I was sceptical that it would be some soppy bollocks teenage love bollocks ****ing Twilight bollocks.

 

It's really dark and interesting. It does have a bit of yanky college feel to it. But very good and ultimately about suicide.

She recorded 13 tapes leading up to killing herself and each tape is a reason why..... as the title suggests!

 

I'll watch it then. It's a Netflix job isn't it?
