    Anyone know of a nice quiet spot to take the family to?

    Got a wheelchair user and young un , nice quiet beach in Wales etc for a few days

    No petersaxton types around as we are a mix race family

    If anyone's better half suggests going to watch Valerian in the next week or so, take a 2 by 4 and beat them repeatedly about the head.

    The time you do inside will pass quicker than it will watching that car crash of a film!

    Travelling back from the Athletics. It was great, shame Gatlin won but the booing was funny and Bolt still got his send off.

    Back there tomorrow evening, even taking the girls (boys only today).

    Hahaha I loved Keane and saw him supporting ELO recently and I'd not listened to his solo stuff, it's very good. He's straight now, looks really well bless him.
