What shocks me every time is about 30 seconds after the race has finished he's just chatting away as if he's done nowt, if that was me my intestines would be hanging out of my mouth and I'd have shat myself 11 times.
Amazing runner. Just seems to find that burst of finishing speed from his reserve tank. Pissed it at the finish.
Best atmosphere I've ever experienced at any sporting event was the Athletics at the 2012 Olympics. So positive. Can't wait to get back there tomorrow!
I'm a poor runner over long distances. I get bored after about 2 miles. I'd be even more bored running round in circles smelling warm Somali farts every few seconds.
I have the same problem. I started off doing 5k and that was fine. Then moved up to 10k which was a 44 minute session but I'd be bored towards the end. Furthest I ever ran was 12k, the intention was 15k but I remember thinking **** this it's tedious. I now try and do 5k-8k runs 3 or 4 times a week but have to prepare my music in advance as I couldn't run to **** music.

Was a fantastic season when they went down . I think Derby brought in a half dozen new faces in the January window .... And never won another game that season .It wouldn't be funny except it was Derby ..lol
We stayed up in the championship on the final day beating Sheffield Utd with a brace from Stern John... And I missed it cos had to answer bail
