    That's tennis for you <laugh>

Though if you've lived here all your life and got British citizenship then it's fair enough to me. Not much different to Sterling.

Anybody know anything about Broadband and Routers ?

My internet is ****ed. Did a speed test and I'm getting 0.8mbps when it should be something like 20mbps. Spoke to EE today and went through a few things, switched the router off and on again and it seemed to fix it... for about 5 mins, then it fell off a cliff again.

Thinking the router itself is ****ed ?

Anybody got any ideas to get it sorted ? No suggestions of sacrificing my first born to the internet Gods though thanks <ok>

Not sure the cable between my phone socket and the router will reach that far mate.

I'd only do what you've already done, just turn it off for a few minutes and then turn it back on, and it normally sorts the problem. I sometimes might check between devices, just to check it's not a device problem, but even then I get fed up and reboot the whole lot. Main one that fooks with my internet is when I stream the footie, especially IFollow, it's shhite - normally ok with NOW TV sport, but sometimes drops out and I just have to reload on the device.

Ive been switching the muthafuka off and on all evening and it starts off fine and then drops out after about 5 mins.

checked both a cabled connection and WiFi and it seems to be equally as poor on both.

I’ve actually just signed up for a new deal with EE for fibre which should give me 40-50mbps. They are sending a new router out so hopefully that will fix the problem before I lob this one out of the window lol.

I checked down detector for you but there was no reports of any problems with EE. So hopefully your new router will sort it for you, just going to screw up any streaming in the mean time.
