I think a few did when they reopened yeah. Seems fair enough though given the **** they've gone through in past 16 months or so. Doubt they were making much money when they could only serve seated customers. I'm off out for a couple of quiet ones tonight
I think the problem is, most of them are empty, no idea if it's the price increase, folk getting out of the habit or the garden bars half the population seem to have had built. Was in the City last Friday, that was heaving but towns and villages after a frenzy when opening are really struggling to folk in. Enjoy your night mate
Yeah it's a hard thing to balance for these places I guess. Curious to see how busy tonight is, as it's first pay weekend since restrictions were lifted I'm expecting it to be ****ing rammed but we'll see. I think you're right on people changing habits though btw and I think we'll see something similar in football attendances. And cheers bud, I'll report back on prices
Off out to a wedding reception tonight. Will be the first proper night out I’ve been to in fukin yonks. Really looking forward to having an excuse to don some nice garms and catch up with some old mates
Any phone experts on here? Need some advice about getting photos off a Samsung with a broken screen. It still turns on but screen completely dead so cant authorise it when I plug it into laptop.
Are the pics not synched up to google photos? Otherwise... https://www.fonedog.com/android-data-recovery/get-pictures-off-broken-Samsung.html
Haha the old rice trick. Not done that for years but sadly this is far beyond it. Nah mate. I normally back up to Google drive but didn't get a chance to do so before it breaking. I'll have a look at that thing. The other one I tried like that asked me to go into the phone settings... umm it's broken
On the google bit, I'm not quite sure how it works, but my phone auto syncs to google pictures. Not google drive, two different things I believe.
It is two different things but you have to turn it on I believe. I also use dummy email addresses on phones which is why I always back up manually.
Can't remember exactly how smart switch works on Samsung phones, whether you have press something on both phones to sync or just the new one to the old one, if the latter, get someone with a Samsung to get the photos off yours. Just found this. Open Smart Switch on your new device and tap Start, then follow the onscreen instructions. You will have the option to choose which data you wish to transfer. While it is transferring, you will see a percentage on the screen letting you know how far it is. The time taken will depend on the amount of data and the strength of your connection.
