I’m on a set fee to complete the contract so I prefer to poop on my own time, but I had to go, I had too much Carolina Reaper hot sauce on my chicken last night.
Defo bro. Toilets at work are immaculate as well, proper nice place to poo. Heated room, nice lighting, ambient music, sensor taps, dyson airblade.... it’s not McDonalds before anybody asks
Back in the juice today. Spent most of last week chewing tramadol after a scary neck injury in the surf. Felt good to be back in today. Albeit taking very gently
In other news. Another one of my local breaks, usually has a few cars, camper vans, the odd ice cream van parked up. Today an army rapier missile launcher has rocked up. No doubt just stopping for a picnic and to enjoy the views
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-tyne-57411812 Lol ffs. This judge should get in the bin (had to read full story elsewhere). Mentioned that cause the company didnt explicitly say he cant socialise in a pub in the disciplinary handbook they couldnt penalise him for that. Next time i'm ill and staying at home im flying off to hong kong
That’s a ****ing awful shout, so if he’d have been seen out tap dancing whilst claiming he was sick, he’d have been sound because his CoE didn’t specifically say tap dancing whilst off sick wasn’t cool? Sounds to me, like they slightly ****ed up the discip procedure and she’s felt like backing the employee due to their imperfect process, and has come out with that horse **** in order to justify her decision.
Was told by an employment lawyer years ago that not being fit for work is completely different from not being fit to live when I challenged someone who went on holiday abroad whist being out sick.
It’d depend what they’re off ill with imo. In the case being discussed, the judge said he’d have had a 1 in 4 chance of being sacked if they’d have followed the correct discip procedure, quite how she arrived at those odds I’ve no idea.
