Been up here this morning. Went cycling with a mate who used ride for a bike company called GT, and he’s used to doing mental 100mile endurance races.

He was like ‘yeah we’ll just for for a short one’ 20 miles of cliff paths and technical drops, fkin nearly killed me trying to keep up lol.

We also saw a crowd from a far gathered round a tree clapping so went to investigate and it was the mayor giving some speech about dementia to a hand full of peeps in suits, it ended as we got there so I we started clapping with everyone else, then everyone else turned around and was like "who the f*ck are these clowns" so we just slowly backed away smiling and clapping.
The mrs ain't stopped laughing about it since it was kinda funny tbh I was baked so didn't notice the looks as much but she assures me it was awkward af
