I don’t get music threads in the main tbh. Unless you’re posting something that most are unlikely to have heard and so are sharing new or quite niche bands / artists. But just posting main stream tracks that you just happen to like, what’s the point? Don’t get it.

Comm gets proper period pains when people post hip hop music. Like it’s some weird niche genre ffs it’s probably the biggest grossing genre in terms of downloads, streams and purchases.

Then he wants to post his Winky Plop Plop song sung by a tramp with spiky hair in a C&A doorway, as if the whole board are despo to get a taste.

Yeah good book. Crazy that Harper Lee did nothing else of note. I suppose that's also a good thing, why can't we all just have a moment and just accept that and be proud of it

I stopped reading fiction years ago only getting back into it earlier this year, not sure how I've ever missed it.

I was going to ask if anyone had read any of her others. Go set a watchman advertised at the back of this copy.

    Don't bother.

If you want some recommendations I'd go with Bukowski Ham on Rye or Fante Wait Until Spring Bandini. Or Maybe All The Pretty Horses by Cormack McCarthy if you want some cool cowboy shizzle.

Cheers will make a note. Am a quick reader (only started this yesterday) so will probably end up getting through loads now. Might work my way through some old classics.
