Half Pipe session pale ale.

The weakest one yet, at 3.9% but also probably the nicest tasting. I’ll probably get a few more of these tomorrow if the sun is out.

 

Sometimes the lesser strength ones do taste better, some of the strong ales can be disgusting.

 

Yeah IPA’s generally get a bit heavy after 3 or 4 but this one seems pretty light.

 

Generally I look around 4% ish for IPA's. I remember one time I saw a 12% on tap in a boozer, I said to the guy, that looks interesting, might try a pint of that. The fella said you might want to try a small drop first. Fook me it was disgusting! Saved a wasted pint.

I got quite a few cans gathering in my beer fridge at the moment, various sorts, but I just can't be asked with it.....not such a bad thing I suppose.

 

12% would be ****ing vile.

That’s Barley wine territory, there’s only one reason to drink it, and it’s not social.

Odyssey Lunar Lager - not a bad drop. That’s all three done. Took me about 6 hours
