Just found out my new motor has had a Mountune upgrade, giving it an extra 30hp. It also has the lux pack that includes keyless entry, which means I have to spend £500 on an aftermarket ghost immobiliser to stop thieves taking my car without the keys. You win some you lose some.
Interesting the car was sold with the re-tune thing. Was thinking I'd probably have to un-remap* mine when I sell next year? *made up word.
Just been for a run. Came back to more or less a fookin street party. Next door but one is blaring about the soundtrack to Trolls. Not sure it's the right thing to do? Although everyone more or less at their own property so ok. Kids are starting to interact though, if 5 0 came up here they'd shut it down no doubt.
Mountune are Ford approved to the point where you can mod to a certain extent and your warranty is fine, actually Ford do a version of the RS tuned by Mountune for resale from new. I’d imagine other manufacturers have their preferences as well.
Did 45 mins of HIIT earlier in the garden, skipping for most of it, absolutely ****ed for the rest of the day.
Find skipping incredibly weird. Is supposedly only behind swimming in terms of most efficient cardio, I can do 200 “reps” 15/20 times with about 30 seconds rest in between and not really be that knackered after. If I run on a treadmill I’m usually completely ducked inside a minute Skipping does shred you up rapidly though, even just doing a basic routine like the one I mentioned
Yeah I find it quite easy to do as an exercise as my coordination is pretty decent and can mix it up a bit with the technique, but it defo takes its toll on me after a session. Shoulders are ****ed.
I’m watching the weirdest programme I’ve seen in beards - Britain by Balloon on CH5, basically just complete silence with footage from a balloon.
Did a family quiz last night over Skype (I won). They want to do another one tonight, can't be arsed.
Good stuff. My son used to play it in the pub he worked on. He said a few people liked it. I love doing playlists. Daft little hobby.
All the in laws were involved as well North Wales, South Wales and London all doing a quiz. Weird world at the moment.
