Just been round the Sorolla museum in Madrid. Well worth a visit if you are ever there. Now having coffee on ice. Very refreshing? Also went past the Estadio Los Ladrones. Once our new stadium is finished it will make the Santiago Bernabéu look second rate
I can highly recommend Cold Brew coffee - not the over ice **** you get in Starfucks - but coffee brewed with cold water for 24 hours, then served with milk, it is delicious. u can get good cold brew kits online and well worth it for the summer
24 hours is a long time to wait for a coffee. The coffee here is considerably better than Star*ucks so pouring a solo over two ice cubes is no problem. They do have outlets in the tourist zones for those who don't like proper coffee though.
Currently sat on a lat machine watching three girls on the treadmill whose knickers I would gleefully wring out into my mouth.
Let my membership expire after I hurt myself and couldn't go for a while, but I liked to watch the scenery there. The best thing was the calf curl where they lay on their belly and curl their calf up. The entire leg up through the butt shapes wonderfully as they do that.
First visit back in three weeks, feel better for it already although I will probably wake up thinking the opposite. I did a week hard work in the garden last week though so that was worth a few gym visits. I'm having groin problems at the moment. Completely out of the blue, I've not a ****ing clue why. Is there a thread for this type of stuff? @Spurlock
Take it slow. Reduce weights, etc. It takes time to get back in at any age. You should already recognise the difference between post workout soreness and injury. Obviously, by graduating yourself back in, you should avoid the latter.
Yeah, I did take it easy today. The groin pain seems to be from the rowing, which is then worsened slightly by a long drive. Doesn't affect a run or anything. I am making my way back in slowly this week and then am not going mad at all from now on. Plus, got to warm up properly. I've probably been saying this for weeks and not done it but there's a yoga/pilates thing on Monday evenings that I'm going to have a go at. Didn't go yesterday as I had a heavy weekend, won't go next Monday as I'm at United v Palace and it'll be, well, the same really. The one after that is a bank holiday so it would seem I'm talking **** and am unlikely to ever go.
Picked a **** day to drive to Birmingham ...fookin' Germans have a lot to answer for ...did I miss anything?
Not really. Aresenal beating sunderland. I had pizza. Chief been to the gym. Corbyn full of ****e. Hiag died.
