Trying to brush up on my photoshop skills. Lost my grandad the Sunday before last, suffered with dementia for roughly 10 or so years, with the last 2 years being terrible for him. Died peacefully in his sleep in the hospital at 92 years old. He and my Nan had been together since he were 17 and she 16, they got married at 21. She’s still alive bless her and has all her marbles but naturally she’s heartbroken and you can tell she no longer wants to be here now, which as sad as it is, also understandable considering they’ve been together for like 75 years. My Mum’s arranging the cremation and said if I wanted too, to try and create the front page for the order of service for him, otherwise the Crem can make one on their own. Been a while since I’ve used photoshop though, anyone know of any decent sites that can help brush up on ideas and skills? Been scouring YouTube recently, not sure where else to look.
**** with photo shop and cant really do it. Milk aint too bad at it if you dont mind him getting your deets. It was the same with my grandad when his wife first passed away suddenly. He was really miserable for a year or two and im sure he gets bouts of sadness. Hope it all goes well mate
Cheers mate. I used to use when I was like 18 and I was a dab hand at it. But there’s been like 15 newer versions since and I’m 29 now so I’ve forgotten a lot the tricks/ skills I used to know. I’ve got a mate who’d probably happily create one for me but it’s something I ideally wanna do myself. Just trying to refresh the old memory lol.
Condolences mate but at least he has found his peace now. Lost my mum at 92 with Dementia 2 years ago, horrible way to go. RIP
