    Annoyed now. I cover the manager role in work when they are off or not around this causes problems as I'm not officially a manager so people don't like me telling them what to do. I don't really care my background means I have a thick skin and a lack of empathy. Some dick just challenged me in front of everyone so I've kept him behind and let's say had a chat, ****ing grown man starts crying. <eek>
