It’ll depend on your company’s disciplinary policy whether you can take it any higher. The policy will be detailed in the company handbook.

However, personally I’ve never seen a discip policy that allows for more than one appeal. Therefore your Union rep is probably correct imo.

Poor that he was so unprepared though.

Yes Tobes , I think you are correct .

Oh well just wait for the decision , and if my appeal is rejected , at least I tried , and all the witnesses who saw the state I was in , know how poorly I was .
