I don't know at what point you thought it wasn't. The God Botherer was probably the worst diver in our history, he made Elmo look like he's wearing lead boots.
In that pic I think he really looks like Alex. He looks much healthier to be fair, good on him. Never mind what people think of his management abilities, he's a sound bloke.
He looks really well which is great but surely being a professional football manager would have kept you fitter and leaner than he ever was. Putting his feet up for a few months has done him the world of good. Maybe he liked too many pints when Ehab was acting the **** with him.

Ye saw the clip. Its a bloody tragedy. Brucey couldnt speak more highly of AA a few years back on how he was left to manage with no interference to then go to the other extreme it ****s me off. I had it in my head there was a big age gap between Ehab and Brucey but there isnt really. You think of Ehab as some young kid but he's 46 or 47 i think. Hardly a young kid, he just acts like it.
A bloody waste Absolutely disagree with lots (most) that AA did, but it seemed he stayed out of football matter reasonably well, according to Bruce anyway I would think he'd be about 47 ish, he was at our school but a year or two younger than me so never really knew him
