Really? Personally I think they will win the league. The conference is just the ****test league and if they don't win it they have failed...
Their players will all leave this summer, all saying they belong in League football status. Their agents will be ringing every club as we speak now. They will have to then start with virtually a new team, that's why the clubs that go down struggle to get back up.
Much bigger clubs than them have failed to get out the league for the first time look at luton for example, wrexham
Their debt is over £6.5m and rising, they even have to find an extra million for the current legal challenge, their chairman is indecisive and inept, their squad is being shredded and shrunk, their management is inexperienced, their board is split in all directions, their stadium plans delayed, their fan base is totally pissed off, their fan forum banished and the whole outfit is out of focus and the football league.. They are in a bad way and don't appear to acknowledge the depth of the problem.
they get 5 'fans' posting on the blue few site and they want another MOD! bunch of ****s springs to mind.
Happened before they get a bit of a surge they want a new mod. In a months time it will be back to CJS Bluebaldee P49 and Seapage. With the occasional outburst from Gas. Even Chrissy has found a new home to annoy people on the Facebook page.
I'm off to Gateshead on Thursday. £86 return flight so hopefully they get them on a Saturday it's dearer then.
The conference teams will be so disappointed when the Man U of the conference turn up and no one would of heard of any of their 'stars'
Don't underestimate the Conference or the challenges that will come playing some of the teams in it, especially away. Loads of our fans reckoned we'd walk L1 last season and get 100 points etc, because we also underestimated just how hard it is to adjust to the next level down, with half or more of the team gone.
It seems who ever comes up from the conference does well the following season in div 2, so this shows there are strong teams down there already and rovers have no chance after clubs like Accrington Stanley did the double over them.
It's taken Cambridge United some 9 seasons to regain their place in the football league 2013-14: 2nd - promoted via play-offs •2012-13: 14th •2011-12: 9th •2010-11: 17th •2009-10: 10th •2008-09: 2nd - lost in play-off final •2007-08: 2nd - lost in play-off final •2006-07: 17th •2005-06: 12th
