I thought some of his decisions last year were ludicrous, this year I can see his thinking more, even when they don't pan out. we all make decisions that don't work out now and again, but last year came across as trying to be too clever for his own good.

I didn't think they'd pull 3 back, but I did think we'd be wise not to get too carried away , I was keen to hear lees take after the game and was delighted with his response.
That said the players were sloppy imo and didn't help either ,
Interested to know your opinion of Kent , for me he tries hard but often makes the wrong decisions and his defending leaves a lot to be desired

I met a fellow Swindon based City fan in the upper Lansdown bar at half time and said to him we could let it slip in the second half - although I admit I didn’t expect NOT to win I could see Sunderland scoring - and more by way of our mistakes rather than Sunderland playing well.
We scored 5 goals and still didn’t win!!
2 of their goals were freaks - but born from sloppy play by us.

I have to agree presently, but we have learned from this management team that these new players do take a little while to settle to 'our way', you can see he has been coached in a different way. Regards Dionys, I also hope he will come good and Lee getting him on and hoping to get him a goal was prudent but it just didn't work out for us.

Leeds is a massive game now as far as top 6 is concerned.

Sometimes you don't get what you deserve in football, Sunderland were lucky, 2 own goals and a goal from a free kick that was a dive Tom Daley would have been proud of. We got lucky at Ipswich with 2 massivly deflected goals, sometimes things even out.

Make no mistake Sunderland were and are sh1te and will get relegated.

3 wins on the bounce now for us and the whole picture changes again. COYR!!
