Don't let me have to remind you about when you did go bust, intimidated 8 of your most loyal players onto the unemployment scrapheap (they still haven't forgiven you) and left a trail of creditors in your wake.......

It's only a matter of time until Faraway Steve decides not to chuck any more good money after bad.....<laugh>

It would be fair to point out that despite all the rubbish thrown both ways here, the sanmarinos have yet to qualify for Div 2 status in the 2011/12 season. As long as they are below the line the only reason they can claim Championship status is because they were there at the end of last season. Let us also be frank and accept that what we have seen up to the present from both clubs is unacceptable

Barcelona of the 4th tier, you know the," we'll get promoted at the first attempt" lot, have not played in the 2nd tier for 18 years, they have never, ever played a 2nd tier game at the minimal,so a team or it's small support, that has not been in the 2nd tier since John Majors government, thats last century and sits very comfortably in the 4th tier should hardly lecture us about a subject they no very little or nothing about..

Good try Wiz, but other than the chronological facts the rest is wishful thinking. You should be as ashamed of where your lot are as we are where the Gas are. At the moment the Gas have quaified as a middle of the table Div. Four club. The sanmarinos are below the line and have not qualified for Div 2 status, so their true quality status could be in ANY league position below the Championship. We wont know what that will be until their descent comes to stop. I do actually quite like Arsenal, does that qualify me to discuss the affairs of teams in the lower leagues?

Sapphire the wishful thinking eminates from certain "gasheads" when they say,"Barcelone of the 4th tier" or "Promoted at the first attempt" or " Qualified as a middle of the table side" when on all three counts you've still got two thirds of the season to go,the factual thinking is we are a Championship side by right and status and you are a 4th division side by right and your own failures.

Of course we are ashamed of our current position but we have taken action to rectify the situation by the appointment of Delboy, the compensation paid to St Johnstone for our new management team is more alone than what your people have spent on your entire squad and manager, that proves to me anyway the differences in the way our football teams are going.

Of course you have the right to an opinion on any football matters you wish,my wording was we should not be worried about any lectures from "gasheads" based on your teams recent history or current position.

This is the banter thread so nothing is too serious. Keep that for your private messages. Off to take the old girl for an op. She needs a new undercarriage.

Due to the eviction at Dale Farm, the pikeys have been offered an alternative site at Bristol Rovers ground. Furious at the thought of dirty, thieving, inbred, semi literate animals living on their doorstep, the pikeys have turned it down.
