I know mate but come on, I know all managers make signings that dont work out but look at ours!

Do you think with our hit rate we will get whats required? I realise we arent in the business of signing the finished product but so much money has been squandered

And why do we look like we dont care? Never mind Utd at home, what about a semi in the cup? Its the managers job to make these pampered players up for it. New manager soon me thinks. I like Br, I dont even mind his arrogance as the best have it but I just think he's out of his depth. We need a manager again who has a reputation. If we turn things around I'll happily take the piss taking I will but we wont lift anything in the near future under BR imo

Just hope we appoint the right one if we do change

...the transfer have been awful and he needs help in that area along with others too.

The lack of spirit, heart and desire it what pisses me off though. All attributes that I think are a necessity for every player on our books.

Simply a lack of muscle and drive/lack of leaders. Its why Gerrard was so insane against the mancs IMO, he was getting annoyed watching us not attempt to tackle!

I agree

No one was getting stuck in that first half, ****ing unacceptable! With the importance of the game as well...and who the opposistion were.....at Anfield! FFS <doh>

But if BR had riled them up, they would've been. We never perform when it matters, the proof is there that it doesnt happen when we need it too. Like I say, we need a better manager and one who puts fire into the belly of the players

Never give up and fight! Once we go a goal down we have lost mate and that needs sorting now, enough is enough

I don't entirely agree on the new manager front. I think Brod needs to be sat down and given a proposal; these are our terms, accept them or move on. Those terms need to include a DoF that's in charge of player recruitment (but would still need Brod's agreement for signings, no point in signing players that don't fit), an assistant that isn't just a yes man (total assumption here put the current guys not telling him he's being sentimental is he?) and a defensive coach (Brod needs to accept he needs help)

Thats a lot of appointments, why not as owners of the club just take a punt on what you think will be a better manager?

Im not brushing under the carpet what hes done, last season was simply amazing and he made Suarez and the whole SAS+S brilliant.

But now, we're severly lacking, being 5th is actually good as we have never looked confident even on our run

I dont know mate, for me we want someone that has a pull with players. BR is a young manager, but can you honestly say in another couple of years see us winning anything under him?

He is too friendly with a young squad I think, they need a bit more authority, they try (the players) but there seems to be no consequence of losing major games.

Once you lose the fear of a severe telling off you become lazy. And does that point to our lack of fight?

I dont know, right now Im thinking we deserve better than BR unfortunately
 
So he's not the new Shanks then?

I tried the we need our Ferguson line yesterday... got a few raised eyebrows at least. I needed a manc to pile in behind for a good wind up on it.

I deliberately didn't say shanks cos i was looking for a reaction.
