    The neighbour is retiring to one of those places near Caloundra, near the sea and her daughter. They look fine you just have to be careful of the small print in the contracts. Estate agents hey, would trust them !?

    Wrong, Wakey. There is a couple of mobs of roos in the UK. One in either Kent or Norfolk and one on the Isle of Man (OK not strictly YOUR island but close enough.)

    ROFL. I warned my mate about the small print, but he had it all in hand. Leeds60 told me about the latest builders' scam that's cropped up recently. Can't remember the details now, so have deleted the dribble I was about to post. Instead, this link describes it very well. Deffo one to watch out for if you're buying a house.
