    To be fair to Glory and others they know the limitations of their short termism.

    There is a very limited possibility of being competitive in the top half of the PL with a BIg Mick type. They just want to get there and then work out how to progress from there. Whereas Radz is very much trying to put the building blocks in place now for a more sustainable future amongst the elite.

    Before people scoff at that idea let's remember we've done it before...in fact, we've done it 3 times already in our history through Revie, Wilkinson and to some extent O'Leary who remember finished 3rd before Ridsdale decided to" 'blow the bloody doors off ". We have never had the most money and never will but with the right blend of youth and astute additions, we have had the best team in the land.

    I don't know about anyone else but it's not enough for me to merely be a PL club. The thought of being a West Brom or whoever would to me be totally unbearable and turning up at ER against a top 4 club with little to no chance of winning turns my stomach. So that's why we need to build from the bottom up and in this new era of football that means having someone like Orta who can scour the world for the top young talent and bring them to Leeds.

    The mistake of the referee and linesman was not spotting Ayala wrestling Ayling to the ground and awarding us a free kick. You’re not right with regards the penalty (as the ref didn’t see the first bit). If you foul someone off the ball and the officials see it a foul would be given unless the team had a significant advantage.
