    1) You're complaining how "we" are all "experts"? I hope you're including yourself in that? You've been telling us all for weeks who should be picked and dropped. You've not shut up about Klich being picked for his pin point defence splitting passes based on 'hearsay'... Pot Kettle <ok>

    2) No way would Mick McCarthy accept not having a say in signings or having his coaching staff picked for him. Going abroad and learning new techniques and methods and watching what others do is NOT the same thing, you're confusing the two.

True, just the first name than sprung to mind but then who really is experienced at running a club and does experience count? The guy who owns Clipper and Russell Crowe were both "said" to be interested, they'd have to do exactly the same and appoint directors

Cellino and Bates had oodles Of experience yet I wouldn't wish them on anybody. Rads knew he required a football brain and he employed Kinnear and Orta, at least Rads never took the GFH route <ok>

Point 1 totally agree as its all about opinions, but my argument is that we fans know football, we know we each of us like but we know fook all about running a club, managing a club, what goes on at the club, in training, or indeed the management of the whole club. Sheer speculation about coaches is bollox. I remember a few years ago you and many more like me we calling for Grayson to bring in a defensive coach as we could score goals but defensively we were shyte.

Point 2 is bollox because you dont know do you? Tommy is included in all player dealings as has been stated many times by him and the club.

    1) Then you still contradict yourself, you say we don't know what goes on at the training ground yet you call for certain players to play without knowing what they are doing in that said training session.
    2) Not a chance in hell is Tommy included in all signings, he is told who we are getting or he might ask for a position but to seriously believe he has a say when we have a DOF is laughable. We were signing players before he arrived FFS...

Your 're the one that opened with the quip "love how we are all experts" because someone gave opinions. You're stating a lot of FACTS but I'd love to know how many you can prove, sweet FA is my guess.

Morning ristac, I was actually thinking myself whether TC bowed to the pressure of the Elland Road crowd in making the goalkeeper switch?

Morning Glory, I must have met I would not have made Cooper Captain. A captain needs to be ever present in the team and to me before the season started I would have said that Jansson and Pennington would be picked before him.

Ristac instead of gobbing off do yourself a favour and go back over interviews Tommy has given, Radz and Orta have given where all of the say that Tommy is involved in all player dealings. He was even involved in 2 before he arrived, but the only 1 he wasnt involved in was Klich as that was going on before his appointment, and would maybe exp[lain his non appearances.

You don't sign players like Cibicki and Klitch when you have an abundance of midfield players and very little in defence then leave them fighting for a place on the bench. The whole team selection thing is just like Cellino and previous coaches all over again.

Monk asked for a new RB and Cellino came back with two, Monk refused them so Cellino went away and offered up Aylingwho Monk agreed to, that is widely reported. I believe Thomas is having even less of a luxury and probably too scared to say to Orta no.

I mean Grot, was he really on the Thomas radar...

Again pot Kettle so that's at least Pontus, Sacko and Klitch, you said all. Again, if you don't want confrontation don't come into a thread acting the master of all knowledge putting down others opinions with the sarcasm.
