Good Morning Everyone

Berardi and Pennington have resumed training at Thorp Arch

All being well, they should be ready for first team action for the Millwall clash on the 16th September.

I doubt they will be risked this weekend v Burton Albion or midweek v Birmingham!

Should they go straight back into the starting XI, or will a spell on the bench suffice?




Derby County FC has handed a lifetime ban to a fan who posted "abusive" tweets about the death of Sheffield United striker Billy Sharp's son.

Derby County officials tracked down the fan and interviewed him.

He has since deleted the tweets and the club said he had apologised to them for what he did.

The fan, Jordan Byrne on Twitter, retweeted a message from the official Derby County Twitter feed about Sharp scoring a goal, but added the words "Dead son".

A friend then asked him: "Everything okay at home Bernie?x"

He responded by saying: "Billy Sharp's son is dead x"

The lifetime ban prevents the fan from attending any Derby County games, home and away, with immediate effect.

Thoughts?




Leeds United do not have the option to buy Pierre-Michel Lasogga permanently as part of the loan deal that took him to ER last week according to Phil Hay

no, there's no option to buy in this deal (which isn't to say that Hamburg wouldn't negotiate a permanent transfer next summer).

I would have banned him for life and put him in a room with Sharp and let him kick the fk out of him, complete scrote <ok>

Evening Maties - there is football and then there is life. Dis to kids is not on, death is death and needs respect not goading or wuming. so agree life ban and perhaps more, there are laws as well.

Now .....

Seriously we won't need to risk any of the squad against the wallies. U23 should be good to get a result.

Pierre-Michel will be great so let's see how he goes. I wouldn't be expecting to see him starting every match there is a time and place for the squad.

But top attendance - serious respect to the faithful - it's going to turn out well - I can feel it ..........

And then there is Waxit - thoughts?

She used to waxit on high days and holidays.
 
Good morning from zante.its a lovely day and i dont mind who plays and who subs.we have enough to cope now so lets use the squad.as for the banned fan its a lesson to all be carefull what you put out via media.but i suppose some people are just thick.i mean look at this site no one ever posts anything contaversial do they.

Shows you a problem with football and the Premier League in General when Leeds, Villa, Sunderland, Wolves, Birmingham, Derby are all in the Championship, whilst Stoke, Burnley, Bournemouth and other pub teams are in the Prem.

Gutted about Lassoga because on the one hand you want him to be average so we can negotiate a deal in the Summer, but if he scores plenty his value to Hamburg will rocket.

Lets not forget that Pennington was our best CB before his injury, we didnt miss Pontus and that says something. Berrardi is always good at RB or LB and I still prefer him to Anita but I'm also disappointing for CBJ as he looked magnificent and gave us pace down the flank and linked well. He also did a great job at CB.

Morning all. It took an eternity to get the Lassoga deal across the line. Perhaps negotiating for a buy clause in the contract is what caused the delay. It appears, TC's biggest problem is going to be sorting the best eleven and keeping everyone happy. From what weve seen so far, weve probably got two teams capable of competing for a top six place. Was the site down again last night. I had thousands of not606 email notifications this morning, spanning three days in my junk box. Anyone else have similar

Good to see our attendances this season but I wonder what they will be for the next 2 games does anyone know how they are selling
Good to see that fan tracked and ousted we don't need these people
Didn't watch the England game but am not surprised we struggled my view of Southgate is a C manager at best

Big Match today folks <party><party>

The Socceroos first of all need to beat Thailand tonight to stand any chance of taking the direct route to Russia.

They then need to win by as large a score as possible in case Saudi Arabia should beat Japan in Jeddah early tomorrow and take the coveted runners up spot in their World Cup qualifying group, forcing Australia to go through a play off.

Australia's goal difference is two worse than the Saudis, so firstly they need to beat Thailand by two goals to even up the ledger.

Morning all. With the dramatic changes since Radz took over I think we are all looking forward with confidence rather than hope. Saturday will be the first time TC can choose from our complete squad with the exceptions of Berradi and Pennington. We can expect Burton to try to make it tight, it will be interesting to see how our new squad handles it. Anything less than a win will be disappointing.

Leeds 60 the ticket sales are going well and club announced last night the whole ground is being opened up again as sales rocket.

Eric what is the view down there of Kewill?

Although we are all optimistic, I say all, but that would mean Chippy too. We need to get ready for a defeat as I dont think we are going to go all season without getting beat. I hope we do but we need to be realistic and half prepare for a Saturday night like we have been used to for years. Enjoy the winning but prepare, so no more.

Cant wait to win the league <laugh>

Of course we will eventually get beat but can you imagine Chippies outburst when it does eventually happen. Months of pent up frustration at progress under Rad all unleashed in one go. Itll be like a giant tsunami
