Glory,

I'm not going to argue with you. I just don't care what you think about the current situation. In fact, I'm sure most of us don't.

Despite your best efforts, most of us are quite happy about how things are going, and many of us are quite excited about it. Things are going better than they have for the last 12 years, and this period of uplifting news is hugely positive & sustained. So why do you have this overwhelming need to destroy our hope & happiness? And no, I don't want the answer, it's a question you should be asking yourself.

So ticket prices are going to go up by what, £2? The uproar I'm hearing suggests the prices have doubled. And the ticket price being bandied about is an 'on the day' top-priced ticket. Didn't see you mention the 'common man' lowest price ticket. Tells a story in itself. Gentrified? That argument might have been current during the 'Premiership prices' era. It's no longer news, it's established fact. It's like moaning about a change to the offside rule that was made 10 years ago & becoming rabid about it. I just hope for your sake you don't want to go to Wimbledon, the West End theatre, or a gig by a big band. You'd have a stroke if you looked at the ticket prices.

So far, Radz has spent £40m buying assets. That's more than we could ever have hoped for, and most certainly more than out annual income. How can you not be positive about that, either in principle or in day to day reality? We've not sold any 'big' players (Taylor doesn't count - he wanted to leave).

I could continue, but I have better things to do with my time. I'm very excited about the new season and what it might bring. The last thing I need is come on here & wade through mindless moaning in between the endless political takeovers of loads of otherwise interesting threads.

Thrill yourself if the 'moment' ever comes, but stop ruining our enjoyment of what the majority believe to be a very uplifting & exciting time.
