Reading lots of whispers that Garry Monk isn't overly impressed with the offer on the table from Radz and that Radz doesn't wish to offer Monk a long term deal as he isn't 100% confident in him and that he has already lined up Aitor Karanka to step in should Monk refuse to sign
Thats not so much a plan B more a recipe for disaster. Squandered Gibsons cash at boro and wrecked a decent squad that he inherited.
Does anyone know how these extensions work? Does Monk have to sign it, or hasn't he already accommodated the extension when he signed the original contract? I honestly have no idea, but if it requires his signature, then it's not an extension option IMO, it's a re-negotiation. A pessimistic thought did cross my mind. If no signature is required by Monk for the extension to be invoked (& I don't think it is), what if Radz suspects that Monk is going elsewhere, and has invoked it so he maximises the compensation available to him? Shrewd move on the part of Radz if Monk isn't playing ball.

No, not invested yet, and still not sure I am going to..... I wont do a wj and get a ticket i dont use every home game. The main reason to get two is for away games and not sure I am well enough to get as many as I would do otherwise. Besides I have always managed to get a ticket when i wanted one.

I'm hoping to be a bit cleverer with the ST this season wrt missing games due to holibags. I like my seat as there aren't many better, so I'm happy to pay for a S/T for it. Bonus is that I might get my youngest infected by Leeds enthusiasm again. He really enjoyed the games he went to. Fingers crossed! :d Only fly in the ointment is that I've just bought a house that needs 2 months of serious work done, and even then, it'll only proceed when I get official permissions / available builders etc. Seriously considering renting overseas for a few months as it costs a bomb here. If we do, I'll miss quite a few games. But like I said above, there are a couple of advantages in paying for the S/T.
